Seems to be genuine parts 8gb laptop ram installed with no issues matched up with same 8gb such I had already installed same part number just different batch. Overall good product but shipping package concerned me even though I had no issue with it. Came in a bubble envelope ram was packaged in basic plastic. Would have preferred it ship in a box to reduce any issues in transit with something as delicate as ram but fortunately no problem this time.

Bought a hp 640 g2 laptop. Kinda slow because of the 8g memory. Opened laptop to find Samsung memory. Searched online for part number off memory stick that was in there and found A tech components had it. Laptop is definitely faster.
