Made a huge difference in the performance of my laptop!

I toasted my hard drive on my laptop...I figured I would upgrade my RAM as long as I had the bottom apart. This was simple to install and immediately recognized by my Dell Laptop. Nice install, nice speed and functionality!

This easily doubled my OEM ram and was super easy to install. I chose the same model number and therefore no complications.

Easy to install, well that depends on the laptop, but in this case the Dell was easy to take the back off and get to the RAM. Gave me extra memory to setup VMWare, for work and I wanted a name brand, but still a fair price.

This RAM was an excellent match with my ASUS VivoBook 15, which came with only 8 Gigabytes (GB) (4 dedicated, and 4 swappable), and an AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon VEGA Mobile integrated graphics. By replacing the 4 GB of swappable RAM for 8 GB, I improve performance overhead when handling multiple browser tabs, open office applications, and running spreadsheets between two monitors. At least 2 GB of the now 12 GB of memory is used by the integrated GPU, and the overall performance boost from having the extra memory headroom is noticeable.

I bought this awhile ago and installed it in my laptop which was super easy. I have had no issues with it since that time and have used the laptop a lot for various purposes including gaming. It did speed up my computer a lot which is what I was looking for.
