> 24 hourThe drive is great. It is small, it is fast, so why the low rating. The cable. Problem #1... it is too short. If you have an iMac it literally dangles because it cant reach the desk. It is also too short (and stiff - which is OK if it werent so short) to velcro/tape to the back of the machine. Problem #2... If you go USB C to USB C you are probably fine. However, if you use the included USB C to USB 3 adapter your speeds will be 10x slower. Expect sustained rates of only 40 MB/sec. -which is worse than the junkiest spinning disk you can find.
