Hold a lot in one little package.

Low the size and portability. Used mainly to stream video files from computer to TV with no lag to speak of if network is good. Will be using it for running VMs soon. Compare to Samsung T5, which I use for work, it’s a tad thinner, less wide, but taller. Works just about at the same speed in limited user experience tests. Splash and Dust proof gives me more confidence, although I personally like the look of Samsung T5 better. That said, I tend to protect T5 with more carefully as in my mind, it seems more prone to cosmetic damage than Sandisk even though I have no proof to back it up. Sandisk does seem to pick up more dust though. Either drive you choose will give you great result. I chose Sandisk as my personal drive ultimately because of lower price for 2TB drive.

Photographer I do a lot of editing of photo and I run all my photographs off of this hard drive and this thing is awesome
