SanDisk 32GB (Five Pack) USB 3.0 Flash Ultra Memory Drive CZ48 - Bundle with (2) Everything But Stromboli Lanyard

The flash drives work well. The SanDisk SecureAccess app included is worthless. I installed it on my Mac (running the latest OS X release), and after copying a number of files to the flash drive, the app crashed. When I restarted it, all the files in the encrypted file system on the flash drive were gone. This app is totally unreliable, and Id recommend not using it if you dont want to lose your all files.

Read speeds very fast at 138mb/s. But their write speeds, while starting over 25mb/s quickly slow to 12, then 10 then less. One of the better ones that wrote initially at over 12mb/s after a couple tests with h2testw.exe ver. 1.4, now tests at under 4 mb/s.

My old USB sticks take SO LONG to copy I am getting complaints. These sticks have the FASTEST ACCESS I could find. Now: no more complaints now or in the future (hopefully).

A friend gave me a 2.0 and I loved it so much I bought 20 of these 3.0s. Im equally as happy with these as I was with the 2.0s.

I only shy away from their CRUZER BLADE SDCZ50-16G Simply because of the look, I know they work, but they look like a temporary throwaway, In my work, everything is The LOOK So I stick with the CRUZER GLIDE SDCZ60 or the Ultra USB 3.0 At my age you set the bar High..!

I learned the hard way that most thumb drives, regardless of capacity, are formatted in a way that does not allow any single file over 4gb to be loaded. This is a problem for consumers. At the very least, manufacturers should be upfront about this so non-tech-savvy consumers (like me) dont return thumb drives as faulty (as I did) when they just need to be reformatted.

For my application which was music video storage, the download was seamless and the quality of the finished product was excellent. No freezing/no dropouts.

I love these thumb drives, because 16 GB is about right for 3 to 4 (14days each) trips per year. I transfer my photos onto the drive each day via a lightweight Surface Pro PC so as not to take up space on the PC. I wish each thumb drive would have a different colored lanyard. I have found San Disk thumb-drives very reliable.
