> 24 hourNotice how theyre selling like hotcakes. Search for the other product postings of these, theres a reason: Overheating under load when in a USB 3.0 port. I bought a 2-pack, used them for a month, both prone to getting VERY HOT. Finally one overheated & died WHILE IDLE.

> 24 hourI am still not sure whether I used it correctly or not. Could not find good instructions on how to use this. A small box opened on the bottom right of my monitor and appeared as if everything on my computer was being transferred. That is not what I wanted. I only wanted my music and picture program saved. Sandisk instructions were from 2nd hand sites, not them. I do not use these sites as pop ups and add ons are always attached when you use them. Bought a 5 pack so I guess I will waste a couple experimenting . Aint technology great.

> 24 hourThey all worked well. The computer recognizes them as USB 3.0 and they operate at the corresponding transfer speed.

> 24 hourI have tried every format and clutter size combo you can thinks of. The write speed STARTS fast but then slows down 1 or 2 MBytes/s. Not matter what format or cluster size (from 4K to 128K) I tried the results are exactly the same. I have an OLD USB 2.1 Sansdisk that is literally 12x faster in write speed. Next to literally ANYTHING ADATA makes this is the worst purchase Ive made this year. Upon doing some research I found out that the slow speed is due to way too small write cache, which is why it tanks the after after the first 100MBs or so. Edit 10/24/2020 I had one get so hot it burned my fingers when I went to yank it out of the computer. It actually started smoking. What hot garbage!

> 24 hourAlthough not inexpensive, these flash drives are a great value. I use them to store personal files, backup my hard drive and use with a non-profit organization to share and store data. Some time back I received a shipment of drives that had been damaged. I suspect caught in the conveyer equipment. I sent in a notice they were immediately replaced. A great product, good value and the vendor stands behind the product. What more could you ask for?

> 24 hourThe deal was good but the marketing departments need to stop trying to relay capacity. !6 GB should be at least 16,000,000 bytes if were going by their Base 10 tendencies. Formatted after removing the utilities included on the drives only give 15,357,444,096 bytes. On a computer, that reads in Base2, the drive is equivalent to 14.3 GB in capacity. I expect at least 16,000,000,000 bytes of storage from the Base10 count and am actually 600+ MB short. Keep in mind that youre only getting 14.3 GB of storage and some small in size USB 3.0 flash drives and you wont be disappointed. Call the capacity as it is and let the consumer decide what product theyre getting to meet their needs.

> 24 hourThe drives are fine and work well (youll get about 3-10MB per second transfers if youre moving lots of small files, images etc). The Sandisk Secure Access software (new versions are called sandisk private access) they come with is outdated. Its an old version that is insecure. It will NOT update, and there is no download for the newer versions online. Dont buy it for the software. Knocking it a star because of that. Also these drives cannot store files larger than 5GB, unless you format them. So keep that in mind.

> 24 hourPrice is great. Theyre pretty slow, like most generic USB drives. But I would buy them again for the price/benefit I get out of the.
