Durable, great quality (not cheap thin plastic), easy to use and RELIABLE temperature gauge, melts quickly and EVENLY and I love that it has a double pod capacity. Highly recommend and I have had them all!! Trust me...this is a good one! :-)

> 3 dayThis is perfect. Im not a professional and use it for at home waxing. The size is perfect for the Gigi wax sold at Sallys. The Gigi honey wax is the only soft wax I use. I fill an empty GiGi refill can with Ceriphil beads on the opposite side for my hardware. It does take almost a full 30minutes to heat a full can of wax. Ill put it on high for 30 minutes then turn it down low and it maintains the perfect temperature on the wax. I had a gigi wax warmer for several years that I used prior and the temperature regulation was terrible. No matter how you heated it, it would always get the wax too hot. This one works much better holding an appropriate temp.

> 3 dayPurchase and it worked well for quite some time. Had some wax that did not seem to work well. Contacted the wax company who sent us different styles to use. Found out it was the wax pot. At that point, we noted an odd odor that the machine was emitting. It was cleaned several different ways, according to manufacture instructions. Did not help. Contacted the company who offered they would refund us our money or we could mail the pot back, and they would replace it. This was a couple weeks ago. We have mailed the pop back, emailed them to the tracking number, I’ve been following up on it with no response from the company. We have called the company, we have reached out on social media, to no avail. In the meantime, do the amount of time (we were told it would only take days)that this is taking, we purchased another brand. Actually, quite disappointing with such a name brand.
