This machine was an upgrade for me. My older unit, same brand, was larger and the lid wasn’t attached. This new unit is easier to store and keep clean.

I bought this wax pot 3 months ago. It gets occasional use and is already not heating properly. Waste of money and would not recommend.

Bought this for my granddaughter’s new esthetician business. She is very happy with it and says it works great on each temperature setting. Perfect for her startup business.

My only critique- I wish the lids were individual
