SATIN SMOOTH Professional Double Wax Warmer

Broke after 2 months of normal use. This is the second one I’ve ordered. I thought the first one failing might be a fluke. Will not heat wax despite light coming on. Past the return window so I’m stuck with an expensive broken product.

Purchase and it worked well for quite some time. Had some wax that did not seem to work well. Contacted the wax company who sent us different styles to use. Found out it was the wax pot. At that point, we noted an odd odor that the machine was emitting. It was cleaned several different ways, according to manufacture instructions. Did not help. Contacted the company who offered they would refund us our money or we could mail the pot back, and they would replace it. This was a couple weeks ago. We have mailed the pop back, emailed them to the tracking number, I’ve been following up on it with no response from the company. We have called the company, we have reached out on social media, to no avail. In the meantime, do the amount of time (we were told it would only take days)that this is taking, we purchased another brand. Actually, quite disappointing with such a name brand.
