> 3 dayI use it for work. We have some old janky computer that would turn on super slow instead of blinking on. Had it for several months and no complaints other than the screen getting all fuzzy after blanking out on rare rare occasions. It happens so rarely it’s not an issue because turning the screen off and on fixes it. Again it’s a work computer so it hasn’t been used for gaming. I have a very nice speced out gaming monitor at home.

> 3 dayAn outstanding monitor. Sharp and vivid especially true black. It reveals every single detail which my old monitor (VIZTA) does not show. I dont know how long it will last but my old one gives up in 3 years.

> 3 dayThis Sceptre display is the largest Ive owned and I really like it. Im a casual user and with pretty average expectations and Im pleased with it. The small black bezel virtually disappears and gives you a very large frameless view. The color and brightness suit my needs well. It has manual menu buttons on the back righthand side to adjust the display. Thats my only negative -- I wish the adjustment buttons were on the bottom frame edge and easier to access. I use it for working with spreadsheets and for browsing and watching movies. All Good.

> 3 dayI bought this monitor as a TV to have in my room. I connected it to my Apple TV and the image quality is really good. I don’t like how the speakers sound though, so I had to connect my Amazon Echo Dot as well. I can also use it as a second display for my MacBook Air, either through AirPlay (Apple TV) or by connecting it through HDMI (this way the image quality is better). Also, the monitor does tilt as indicated in the description, but I had to push a little bit harder than I’d like to. It should also be better explained. I haven’t used it for playing games.

08-06-2025First let me say that this is a computer monitor, not a sound system. Ive never depended on a monitor for good sound since the old days of video monitors. If you want great sound you had to buy a sound card and some speakers. These days all you have to do is buy some speakers and plug them into your computer and get reasonably good sound. So, Im not reviewing the sound. This is a computer monitor I bought this monitor because my ten year old computer died and I thought it would be a good idea to buy a new one instead of a new drive for the old one. Great move, new computer had an SSD drive and boots so much faster. However, it didnt work well with my old thirty-five inch flat screen TV, lots of overscan and no possible way to adjust it, either in the TV or the computer. So it was time for a new monitor. Granted twenty-seven inch is a step down from thirty-five inch, but this monitor worked perfectly right out of the box. Plugged in the power, plugged in the HDMI, turned it on and my Windows desktop was shown in full, no more overscan! I was upset that the angle of the stand had the computer tilted toward me at about a five degree angle. But Im an idiot, its been a tough week. After re-reading the description I grabbed the sides of the monitor and tilted it up to the perfect viewing angle. Id completely forgot that one of the selling points on this monitor was the adjustable stand. SO HAPPY NOW! For less than $150 this is a great monitor. Sharp and clear, easy to read, and nice colors.

> 3 dayNo missing pixels, arrived fast, and easy to put together. I am only using it as a second monitor, so I dont know how it handles gaming, but for my needs, its great.

> 3 dayI have enjoyed this monitor since its purchase a few weeks ago. Its well made and packaged to avoid the unforeseen. I paired it with a monitor desk mount so that I can adjust the distance, orientation, etc. as it needs to change with my stand-up desk. What a powerful combination! The colors are good for my graphic design and photo editing work. Most importantly, its easy on the eyes with the blue light feature, especially after 12 hours staring at details on the screen. The speaker inside the monitor is clear, but I really dont use it since I have a full-blown audio system.

> 3 dayThis monitor worked just fine out of the box (had previously ordered an Acer which was awful and had to be returned). Easy set up, plug and play and plenty bright. Still figuring out how to make the image sharper (some options were grayed out, so not sure why) but fantastic for work (Im not a gamer). The only thing that is really bad is the stand it comes with. I am not mounting it to a wall and the cheap plastic stand is so flimsy that the monitor wobbles constantly as I type or if I lean on my desk. There is no reason for this - just cheaped out on the stand. The awful Acer had a plastic stand but designed well enough so there was rigidity structurally and even though it was literally twice as heavy, didnt wobble at all. Would give this 5 stars if it didnt wobble.
