Greater than one weekI questioned buying a boatload of needles but I am glad I did. I sew a lot and I was not changing my needles often enough. These cost a fraction of the small plastic cases with 5 or so needles. However these are all the same size whereas the more expensive smaller quantity items offer a variety of sizes. I have a variety for my occasional needs, so this allows me to change my needle when I should without thinking of the cost or available quantity. I change my needle at least 2x a month so these should last a few years. LOL
