They work just fine and hold a point well on a variety of material.

This needles are great for everything quilting, sewing and some embroidery.

I made the mistake of using Singer needles on my Janome machine. Singer needles have an extra groove and the needle does not fit well in other brands, or for that matter my vintage Singer 66. These were recommended by the shop that had to fix my Janome. No problems using these.

Have used only 1 so far and have had no issues. Quality item!
