These have countless uses other than for hair. I use them for: Holding line on fishing reels and spools to prevent unravelling. They can even be used to color code for line test. Securing two piece rods rods together when broken down. Wrap them around the butt when rod is assembled, you never lose them. Hold rods on racks to prevent rattling. Wrap around fly boxes to prevent opening. Wrap round grip forward of reel seat for hook holder. Anti rattle bands for items secured to packs while hiking or backpacking. Use several bands, layered, to act as snubbers for tent and guy lines. Your imagination is the limit.. These are much better than rubber bands. They are strong and UV resistant after many years of outdoor use.

Ive been using these hair bands for years. They are the only hair bands that actually keep my hair up without sliding out and having to re-tie it multiple times per day. They do pull a little when I take them out, but considering their strong grip I would say that is to be expected.

They do break but not a frequently as the other brands, I have never had it pull or snag my hair either.

I had bought Pro ties at triple the price and some broke before I even wore them. So I decided to try these and they are fantastic. Stretchy enough and easy to get in and out of my bun. They last significantly longer. Ditch the gimmicky ones and stick to the classics. Sadly these are no longer carried in my local stores but I am grateful Amazon still has them

Wonderful for the hair. They hold yet they do not break your hair off when you wear them. I carry them everywhere. I use them for everything. I think they are great however, I wish they made a bigger version as an option. Silicone is such a GREAT idea! Why didnt I think of that? Why didnt they think of this earlier. I will never go back to the old type hair bands. These colors are nice.

This is a better buy then going to the store to purchase it. I have thick long hair and they hold my ponytail.

I have thick, curly hair. These are the only ties I buy any more. Everything else just falls out, loosens at inopportune times, or snaps randomly. I hate having my hair in my face, so these are a necessity. Love the bulk pack, especially since my 3 year old loves practicing putting her hair up with them.
