> 24 hourFull disclosure: I received this item as part of the Vine review program. Second disclosure: I liked this backpack enough that I bought two more, one for my wife and one for my teen son. These really are great backpacks. The vendor already has a handful of decent photos of the bag so Im not adding any new ones (unless anybody has specific questions later), but I want to point out something that I myself looked right past when reviewing those original photos: This bag has two main sections, not one... and the bag has a zipper that COMPLETELY unzips around the two sides and top. This allows the bag to unfold like an open book, exposing one of the two main sections -- presumably where you might keep a laptop -- to make it easy for screening through an airport. But that ALSO makes it really easy to pack, whether youre using a laptop or not. I no longer carry a laptop for travel myself, but this sure makes it a lot easier to pack folded clothes or compression bags. I will also mention that I REALLY like that the little USB/headphone/cord opening is just that: an OPENING, rather than an external USB plug that Ive seen on other bags. At first you might think the USB plug is a good idea... but are using an A plug, or the quickly-becoming-common C plug? Right. Oh, and what if you really want to bring out a headphone cord rather than power? Right again. What about BOTH? Yeah... you might now see why just having the plain opening slot is more convenient in the long run. The material is heavy denier or something similar. It isnt waterproof since it has zippers, obviously, but it does shed water quickly, so Ill never worry about rain with this thing. It does fit under an airline seat (as confirmed from a trip I took last week), and the padding that contacts your back is comfy enough. A strap to let it sit on your check-in roller bag is a nice plus. I also really appreciate having the water bottle holders on BOTH sides. A very good option. No disappointments.

> 24 hourReally nice backpack. Large enough to hold school issued laptops with the bulky protective case. Would buy again

> 24 hourI got this backpack to replace my 20 year old one. I am quite impressed with this backpack. It is roomy, sturdy, and has lots of useful features. I really like the number of different pockets and compartments on this pack to help keep things organized. The front has two compartments, a small zipper pocket on the top and a larger multiple compartment, zippered pouch on the bottom. Inside the bottom pouch are four smaller compartments, one being mesh and zippered, as well as a key attachment. This is great for keeping my small and frequently accessed items handy and organized. There are two mesh bottle holders on either side, as well. The back of the pack is very well padded and covered with breathable mesh. The straps are also nicely padded. I love that it has a strap for attaching the pack to a luggage handle. I always struggled trying to keep my old pack or laptop case attached to my wheeled luggage. The interior pockets are all lined with a nylon material that seems to be at least water resistant, possibly water proof. I poured a little water on it and it just beaded up, rather than soaking through. Im confident this bag will keep my things dry in wet weather. The bag has two main compartments. The front one is roomy and has one slip-in pocket. I was easily able to fit a fluffy fleece jacket into it. The second compartment is for a laptop. This compartment is unusual in that the zipper goes all the way around 3+ sides allowing the the pack can be completely opened up and laid out flat. (The ad said this was helpful for airport security, but Im not so sure. They always want my laptop out of the bag when passing through security). There are two padded pockets that can be used to hold a full size laptop plus a tablet and a hook-and-loop strap to keep them from falling out. My 15.7 laptop fit with lots of room to spare. The opposite side has a mesh pocket. My only wish is that this pack had a front chest strap, something I find quite helpful. I will likely just fashion up something with a piece of webbing and a buckle. There are two hand-grab straps on the main shoulder straps that I can attach it to. I am quite happy with this pack and confident enough it that I am planning on taking it as one of my two pieces of luggage on an upcoming three month trip.

> 24 hourIt’s not too heavy but has the sturdiness I need. I like the reflectors and many pockets even for electronics. I was wondering what the dumpling sound in the pockets was. It helps make it waterproof! I will be using it for a replacement of my go bag (emergency bag).

> 24 hourI took this on a weekend overnight trip to London. I was able to fit 4 days of clothes without issue. It held up well during travel and looks brand new. My only complaint is that if you load this heavy, it is rather uncomfortable to wear for long periods (30+min). Definitely wont replace my daily driver back pack but good for weekend get aways.

> 24 hourIll primarily use this for work. It will easily hold my laptop and lunch, and whatever work-related stuff I need to bring back and forth to the office (I work 2 days from home a week, 3 days in the office). Its the perfect size for using it this way. It is very light and comfortable. For travel, Ill probably use it as a carry-on, without my laptop (unless I need to bring it with me). I should be able to pack enough it in for a weekend get away. Everything about this backpack is good.
