> 24 hourThe internal drive inside my PS4 was simply too small. I easily filled it up with few games so i definitely needed an external drive. I saw alot of great reviews so i decided to give it a try. Its working as described so far. The only time i encountered a little hiccup was my house was out of power for few hours while i was playing my PS4 and when my power came back, i tried to see if my PS4 if still works. It still worked but my external drive had to rebuild the data which i was a little worried it might be corrupted but it was able to rebuilt the data without issue. Good stuff.

> 24 hourI don’t always give products 5 stars unless they work flawlessly and this product deserves 5 stars I was nervous buying a storage because I didn’t know how they worked and this one worked perfectly and was so simple to use, I highly recommend this to anyone

> 24 hourFor quite some time I have found it necessary to purchase memory expansions for video game consoles. The Seagate Game Drive (2TB) for PS4 was a verry nice addition to my PS4 Pro. I had been using my PS4 for a lot of livestreaming/video recording. As a result, I had several video files that were on my PS4 that were taking up a lot of space. The Seagate Game Drive provided a lot of extra space that allowed me to continue recording and saving videos to my PS4 while still allowing me to have adequate space for applications as well as game save date. Additionally, when I connected the game drive I saw other improvements to my console (e.g., loading speed on games as well as the start up screen improved). My only complaint about this peripheral was that I could not save my videos to it. That is what I would have preferred to do but I was still able to free up a lot of space on the console memory by saving applications to the game drive instead. So, it accomplished its purpose quite well.

> 24 hourThis drive works as intended in terms of storage and the USB ports. The main issue I ran into is that the provided app for the lighting control does not work with all USB controllers (notably those using the Etron USB 3.0 controller chips). On my computer when I installed the app, it would see the drive but did not have any options for lighting control. I then tried it on my laptop and it worked, so I tried with the drive connected to another (non-USB 3) port on my PC and suddenly the lighting options appeared. Move the drive back to the USB 3 port and they disappear again. Came to the conclusion it had to be the ports, but all USB 3.0 ports had the same issue on my PC. Then I tried it on an old laptop at work that has the same Etron USB 3.0 controller as my home PCs motherboard, and sure enough the lighting options were missing. Its unlikely youd come across the issue on a modern PC as the USB controller chip in question is not found in recent PCs (the PC this is being used on is 10 years old), but be aware if youre using this with an older PC.

> 24 hourLooks absolutely divine, and two terabytes is enough to do just about anything you need on PS4. I almost got two before realizing one of my ports is broken haha
