> 3 dayAl comprarlo (Disco Duro 2TB), he leído de varias páginas que estos discos duros externos no se podían jugar directamente. Pero al probarlo me dejó jugar mis juegos almacenados directamente en el disco sin necesidad de estarlos moviendo de disco duro a consola (algo que me tomó mucho de sorpresa y me fascinó) buen producto y mejor de lo que esperaba!

13-06-2025If this drive is a USB 3.2 then its an awfully slow one. Below are CrystalDiskMark results of this FireCuda drive, a USB 3.0 external hard drive and an actual USB 3.2 external SSD, shown in that order. These drives were all hooked up to the same USB A jack on my interface card, which is supposed to be USB 3.2, even though the driver says 3.1. The SSD (last image) shows the interface is well capable of 1Gbs read and write transfers. The USB 3.0 drive (second image) is actually a tad faster than this FireCuda (first image) except when it comes to random read/write, which are always really slow on mechanical hard drives. Im only writing this review to alert potential buyers that the USB 3.2 selling bullet is pretty much useless and deceptive. You will be getting nothing faster than a USB 3.0 drive. Im only keeping mine because an 8TB external hard drive with RGB priced at $170 is a decent deal.

> 3 dayProduct is great and delivers as expected. Amazon shipping was ridiculous. Ordered day before Xmas with an arrival date of 1/5. Didnt arrive until 1/19. Amazon shipping sucks. If possible, locate the product in store instead of waiting.

> 3 dayThere is a lot of confusing information on the internet about what is it isn’t compatible with the PS5. This is from the seagate website: External drives on USB Hubs and External Drives with USB Hubs built-in are not compatible with PlayStation 5 (PS5). This includes the following Seagate products: Backup Plus Hub Backup Plus Hub for Mac FireCuda Gaming Hub FireCuda Gaming Dock Game Drive Hub for Xbox I think I was mislead because lots of websites seem to think just because it can be formatted to the PS5 standard of exfat it will work. Not true. Further the reviews on Amazon are all mixed together for a dozen different seagate products depending on which size drive you pick. Some work fine but the game hub style do not. If you want an 8 TB external storage drive for your PS5 buy the WD Black D10 8 TB. Do be aware you will not be able to play PS5 games from the drive. You can play PS4 games directly from an external drive but PS5 games must be installed on the internal drive. You can buy an SSD to expand internal storage. All that said I want to mention the the seller was great, very responsive and helpful. 5 stars to them. 1 star to the confusing mix of reviews on Amazon and the internet at large
