Allowed my kids to expand their game collection. Plugged it in, formatted it and never had an issue.

Purchased this product in July for 92$. PlayStation no longer recognizes it. Also tried repairing it on a computer. Received that lovely error message that drive has a defect. Huge waste of money

Plugged it into my PS5 and it formated perfectly. I was able to transfer all my PS4 data onto it. Unfortunately it doesnt take PS5 data for some reason so if you are trying to store PS5 games on it dont buy this one. Anyway, it saved about 300 gigs of data off of my PS5 so thats good.

These hard drives are not good I have bought two of them and the same thing keeps happening thankfully I have a warranty on the second one
