Simple to install, use a locking vise grip on one sides support shaft to keep hood up, pop off other sides old support from frame/hood mounts, install new support, then, switch vise grip to newly installed lift support rod to keep hood up and complete the job! 3 minute job...✔

These hood struts fit perfectly and the installation took less than ten minutes.

I wasnt expecting much for $25 for a pair of hood struts. OEM was $130 each. I found a pair for $75 at a reputable auto part store online. But...they fit and work perfect!!! In fact, the power of the hold was substantially much stronger than I was expecting. Took five minutes to install. Easy peasy and working as good as new again.

They were easy to install and are now giving the rear window great support and work smooth.

They work great…. I should have got these 5 years ago….. and stop using a stick to prop the hood up . Lol
