> 24 hourI use these wipes for both my home and in a laboratory setting. We rotate three different disinfectants through our lab setting to control microbial and fungal contamination, performing a weekly cleaning with one cleaner per week. The disinfectants we use are these Seventh Gen Disinfecting Wipes, 70% ethanol solution, and 10% bleach solution (again, NOT using these at the same time). I personally have a lot of issues with the fumes from ethanol and bleach, so much so that I do not help clean when we use them in the lab, and in my home I do not hang around when the husband wants to use disinfectants with bleach or bleach alternative in them (although it is fabulous for certain things), and ethanol is not a common household disinfectant, especially at the 70% effective concentration. I am a fan of the smell of these wipes (they smell fresh and clean to me, not chemical-like), my kids and most of my coworkers also like the smell of them, but they do smell strongly and not everyone will appreciate the smell. As with anything, there are people that will find they have sensitivities to certain products, so if you find or already know that you have sensitive skin, wear some gloves- I doubt you will find a similarly effective DISINFECTANT that doesnt also bother you. If you are cleaning a food surface, it wont hurt to rinse with water (like with any other disinfectant), but in my opinion it isnt as necessary with this product as with some of the others. Obviously dont ingest the wipes or liquid (or really go ahead if you would like to go for the Darwin award). If you are worried about the product having an SDS (formerly known as MSDS), relax- everything has an SDS- most people just arent aware of it (because who knew water also has an SDS?!). The wipes have a lot of juice so they give a great kill time on surfaces and one wipe goes a long way. The bottom line is that this is a very effective natural disinfectant that I prefer for my home over some of the harsher chemical disinfectants, so if you want a DISINFECTANT and not just a topical clean (if you dont understand that, google the difference between cleaner, disinfectant, and sanitizer to determine your end goal, and then do your research on what products you will need to alternate to achieve your desired result, as no product will kill everything), this is a great choice!

> 24 hourI received a few containers of these wipes as part of a sweepstakes package. Im not a huge fan of the smell so I gave them to my sons pre-k teachers to use in class. (Go to your spice rack and smell a jar of thyme, thats exactly what these smell like.) my husband likes the smell so he uses the disinfecting spray happily. Im going to be getting these wipes for my kids teachers to use in their classrooms instead of Clorox or Lysol wipes. Im not a fan of the smell, but Id rather use, and have my school use something natural.

> 24 hourThese are the only disinfecting wipes I’m happy with. I tried other brands and have always returned to the Seventh Generation ones. They’re amazing at cleaning even tough spots on the stove top. I really like the scent. I don’t understand how other reviewers can be grossed out by it. It feels natural and at least I know I’m not smelling harsh chemical fragrances like Lysol for example. This 6-pack used to have a very good price ($33-$35). While I understand prices going up because of pandemic economic hardships, I don’t find it fair to pay double the amount now. I really hope they can bring it back down to where it was.

> 24 hourI was so intrigued to smell this product after reading the reviews. I am happy to report that they definitely smell like a natural product, and my opinion is that the smell is pretty good. Not bad. I think it smells just like natural, bug spray, if youve ever used that. Its the thyme oil. If you dont love the scent, wear gloves, because the smell will cling to your hands for a while. So yeah, they dont smell like other (chemical) disinfecting wipes youve used. Im really impressed that a naturally derived, essential-oil based product is effectively disinfecting and EPA registered. I am also pleased that the wipes are really good and wet, not half dried out like a lot of disinfecting wipes Ive bought in the past (even name brand), because a quick swipe of any product is not enough to disinfect a surface; it has to stay wet for a bit to be effective. Packaging is perfect. Happy to have found them!

> 24 hourSay good-bye to stinky bleach and chemical smells and headaches! With this product, you still eliminate the same 99% of germs, but you will actually want to breathe in the air. A very pleasant smell! Unlike traditional Lys* and chlo* wipes, these ones will not dry out your hands nearly as much. We sent these to school so our child did not have to touch the unsafe chemical wipes. We also keep them in our car to wipe off the steering wheel, door handkes, cell phones, etc.

> 24 hourThese are otherwise great wipes. Like every other 7th Generation product Ive used, theyre a high quality product: material is strong, the cleaning power is strong enough to get stubborn gunk off counters, theyre environmentally friendly, no harsh chemicals or residue, no VOCs, no strong chemical scent, etc, etc... But, ugh, the smell! Kind of like a flowery fart. Or a bouquet of flowers after theyve been left in a trunk for a couple months. Or someone who hasnt showered in a few days trying to mask their stank with a car air freshener. Its not a harsh cleaning chemical (VOC) smell, but ugh. I kinda get used to it, but my family refuses to let me buy any more until theres a different scent. 7th Generation - please make wipes with a different scent! Pros: - Strong material - Relatively strong cleaning power (will remove most, but not all gunk) - Environmentally friendly cleaning chemicals - No harsh chemicals or residue, - No strong chemical smell (VOCs) Cons: The flowery fart smell

> 24 hourWhy do they have to smell so bad? I will keep buying them because I need disinfectant wipes and dont want to use Clorox etc., but the second a better smelling one is available these are going in the trash. Im also not thrilled that you have to let it sit for 10 minutes to disinfect, but its still better than using ones that make me feel like Im covering my kitchen in toxic fumes.

> 24 hourMust have for any household! For the best protection against viruses on surfaces, use these regularly, make sure you make contact with the cloth on the complete surface and let it air dry. Great for wiping down phones, table tops, door handles, really any surface where germs hang out. This is very effective and I love that it is a safer, natural option for my family than some other disinfecting wipes that I will not name (you know who you are:). I keep a container in the car as well, you never know when youll need to do a quick clean up when you have kids! It may take a bit to get used to the aroma of the thyme if you are not used to using essential oils as cleaning agents. I like it, but I have been making my own disinfecting spray from thyme essential oil for years so I am used to it. For those who may not know, thymol is a constituent of thyme essential oil and has been used in old time cleaning formulas for decades.

> 24 hourThese are good - work as described. Did not tear when the dispenser was used - nice quality. They just smell really weird. The scent is almost overbearing and made me nauseous. I kept them and use more for outdoor surface.

> 24 hourWhile I have read the reviews for this product, and while smell is an individual opinion, what reviewers are not mentioning is the great consistency and size of the cleaning cloths. They are super soft, large enough to do a good job (I use just one for an an entire double sink bathroom counter plus) and they pick up the smallest bits of dirt easily. I personally like the smell way better than that obnoxious Pine Sol or ammonia smell that makes you think youve just entered a gas station bathroom. The smell that you notice when you use the cloths dissipates rather quickly and your bathroom is not left smelling like the cloth, unlike other cleaners. I really like this and have been a fan of this product for quite some time.
