Ive been using these for years at home and in my massage practice for wiping down counters and disinfecting doornobs, etc. They work very well and the container is well made so the wipes stay moist. While Id prefer to use rags or a spray to reduce garbage, there are jobs where these work better and faster. Ive never seen any lint left behind and surfaces after cleaning are always dry without any tack or sheen. The smell of these wipes never bothered me, but it seems like a lot of people are put off by it. I actually like it because it smells like the herb thyme. I have a very sensitive sense of smell and cannot tolerate perfumes or chemical fragrance. These dont have any negative affect on me. The SLS ingredient isnt a set back as we are not putting it in or on our bodies. These are better than Clorox and all of the fragrance chemicals in some standard cleaning wipes. If you have a sensitive nose or are not used to natural smelling products, Id recommend starting with a small canister. They sell them at target for a reasonable amount. I usually buy the six pack here to save money.

We use these for everything! Many things not shown on the label. I have sensitive skin and I wipe my hands on them with no ill effect. I wipe down my dogs if they are excessively dusty or dirty. Again there has been no ill effects on their skin which is thinner than human skin. I clean my reading glasses. I wipe out the dog bowls with them. I clean the car with them. And yes I do use them on surfaces. I use them on everything. im sure I use them in ways for which they were not intended but so far they have worked in all these unintended uses. I keep finding more applications for them. I wipe down the screen of my iPad and my iPhone. I give my keyboard on my computer a quick once over with them. Theres very little that we dont use them for. As to the odor, I guess Im used to it and I dont remember if it ever bothered me. I like these very much and I will continue to buy them. my glasses with them.

It has a strong smell like some of the other similar product. I am not a fan of. Its very moist but the material doesnt feel as sturdy. It works fine with cleaning hands and wiping some surface I will probably try a different kind next time.

The product was okay it did its job with cleaning. What I didn’t like was the scent. Lemongrass did not smell nice to me but scent is a personal thing. Another issue I had with this that the bottle itself was not sealed. Unlike the Clorox wipes that do come se also they don’t dry quickly this one doesn’t. I had so use press’n seal to prevent the wipes from drying out.

We dearly love these wipes and have, over the past few years, bought hundreds of canisters of them (and hundreds of bottles of the spray) for use in our homes, businesses and animal rescue facilities. We used to purchase them in bulk from another online provider, but they quit carrying them. I went back to their site to order a few dozen canisters and, poof, they had disappeared. I searched and found that Amazon had the wipes at the same price, so I was thrilled. Further, the Amazon ones are shrinkwrapped, whereas the other seller used to put these adhesive strips over the tops of the canisters to keep them closed in shipping. Removing these strips was a real PITA, so we were thrilled to see Amazons were shrinkwrapped. No more cut fingers or ripped labels. I highly recommend this Seventh Generation product, which I also want to note is wonderful at quick stain-removal tasks (food on your clothes, carpet or cars seats or carpeting). They have just enough surfactant (soap) to do the job. UPDATE 3-2-20: Seventh Generation has apparently updated this product, which now has an orange lid and different label artwork. More importantly, though, I believe they have changed the formula to alter the former scent, which I dearly loved (I found it soothing), but which many people did not. Unfortunately, we have found that since the reformulation, these wipes now turn our fingers and fingernails orange...and it lasts for days! (Sure, we should wear disposable exam gloves while using them, but this isnt always practical.) I dont object to the new scent, but actually preferred the old one. And, as someone whos been involved in the graphics business since the 80s, I think they could have done a lot better on their label design. Further, just before updating this review, I visited the Seventh Generation site and noticed that they are still showing the former packaging (green lid and former label). Odd.

I am one of those people that doesnt make a purchase without researching every option and price to get a good deal. So I was searching for an all natural disinfecting wipe and after literally hours I decided to try this item out despite some reviewer saying they leave a weird smell. I actually do not mind the smell and you get used to it after awhile. I would say they are comparable to leading toxic brands like clorox in cleaning up messes. They do tend to foam up and leave an initial residue but dries clear. Anyone on the fence about purchasing an all natural disinfecting product should begin by comparing the ingredients in this product to that of the big named products, then google some of those ingredients. You too will soon realize not worth risking your own health by using anything besides natural cleaning products.

I see a lot of reviews about the scent. What I did was add several droppers of lemon oil to the wipes container and that really helped a lot. The wipes clean well. At the time in March 2020 they were much lower priced. Overall, very satisfied after I added the lemon oil.

I rarely use cleaning wipes as I find them wasteful, but in these times you cant have enough disinfectant options. I am a big fan of Seventh Generation Disinfecting Spray, and the wipes are as effective. Since they use safer ingredients for humans, pets and the environment (they have as good EWG rating), I much prefer them to other similar products. The wipes are sufficiently big and moist for my liking. I would say they are actually too moist, but thats great since the disinfectant actually works by letting the liquid sit on the surface. The wipes are quite sturdy, so they can be used to scrub down more heavy dirt or grease, but tough jobs require a more strong cleaner. Although they look kind of see-through, theres nothing flimsy about these wipes. What I like most is that the wipes dont dry out in the container, considering how sparse I am using them (it can take me months to go through them). If I dont like something about this product, its the container. The mechanism to get wipes out its not the best and lid closure is quite flimsy. I always double-check I closed it well, and even sometimes place some other container on top. The scent its also quite strong and herbal, but not as strong as the spray. I see how some people would hate this lemongrass scent, but I got used to it.

The only thing I use more than this is the seventh generation multi-surface spray cleaner. I use this instead of the Lysol wipes. They clean up like a dream, and the scent is great, very natural, not like chemicals. When I clean up, I dont worry about my 21 month old touching the surfaces. I use it on counter tops, the sinks, the toilet seats, high chair, pretty much everywhere. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because after I wipe down a surface, I have to go over it with a paper towel because it is so saturated with cleaner, and leaves suds, unlike the Lysol wipes that just wipe clean. If you dont want to use harsh chemicals to clean your home, this is the product for you, you wont be disappointed. Also, the price on Amazon cannot be beat. At the store each container is $7, so youre saving some cash by ordering online.
