> 3 dayI just rec’d this hand vac (WV200BJ )and put it through a few easy duty trails. Suction seems good, seems to work as expected, easy to dump dust cup. BUT two things: Ordered Cove color because I wanted Cove color. I got dark blue. At this point I’m too tired of Xmas hassles to return so I will keep the one received. But darn it, I ordered Cove. Plus I paid higher price over other colors to get Cove. More importantly i have some design concerns regarding how securely this sits in its cradle to charge. It’s seems a funky loose fit so you have to fiddle with it to sit correctly to generate the blue pulsating light( charging). The two charging electrical connections on the station must match the 2 corresponding connections on the vac while it sits (rather loosely) in the cradle. Looking closer I noticed one (of two) electrical connections on the station gets stuck inside its plastic housing cutout making it unavailable to get in correct position to charge. I had to coax it out so a connection was made. Not acceptable in my eyes on the first day of use

> 3 dayThis unit has great suction but only lasts about 10 minutes (at the most). Dirt reservoir is easy to open but it doesn’t hold very much. Too bad it doesn’t have a better battery. I can’t give it a five but it generally does the job and frankly there isn’t much out there that’s better at the price.

> 3 dayI had an expensive stick vacuum that broke. I came across this while looking for another stick. It made sense. I have a perfecting good full size vacuum. I needed something to pick up crumbs from the toy table and grab the bits that drop here and there. This is an awesome tool! It’s just long enough to reach down and grab something off the floor while standing. It’s very powerful, too. You do have to pay attention to the buttons. During first use my daughter pushed the wrong one and dumped the dirt back out. She hadn’t read the reviews.

21-11-2024Best hand held vacuum Ive ever had. Impressed by the suction power. I bought this to pick up the mess from mealtime with the kids, but also the random pet hair, and various little crumbs throughout the house. Does a great job, quick and efficient! Long lasting battery life, easy to clean.

> 3 dayPurchased the WV201 WandVac on June 21, 2022. On August 20, 2022 it stopped working. It sits on the charger for hours, but the light never stops flashing and the vac no longer runs. So, less than 60 days of operation. I have to say that when it works, it is excellent - the best handvac we have ever used. Unfortunately, when it fails, dealing with customer service is not so wonderful. The CS reps are forced to run through Diagnostic procedures and then want to charge you $20 (!!) to ship the replacement part. On top of everything else, they sent us a replacement vac, without charger, accessories or battery. When I inserted the old battery into the new vac, it still did not work. Now facing another call, going through the pointless diagnostics and then paying another $20. So, the effective price of this vac is now going to be $40 more than expected and it STILL may not work. Considering the vac was only 60 days old, what they SHOULD have done is replace the entire vac with a complete new package. I will NEVER buy a Shark product again.

> 3 dayI dont write reviews about products unless I like them or really hate them. I have never had a rechargeable hand vacuum that I liked enough to write a review about, but this one. I needed it because I take care of my 95 year-old mother who is bed-bound. She eats in her bed, and everyday I find her bed covered in crumbs (see photo). This vacuum and its attachments are perfect for the needs I have, and as a bonus it does an excellent job of collecting and sucking up hair! I know it seems expensive for what it is to some, but having purchased a half a dozen hand vacs in my lifetime, I can honestly say this one seems worth the price. It also has a very small footprint (see photo), and the charger is stabile and stores the attachments securely.

> 3 dayThis one doesn’t hold a charge very long, maybe 8 minutes, but it’s enough to do what it’s designed for. I thought it would hold a charge longer than that though, for something that costs $100.

> 3 dayThis is great for spot cleaning crumbs, dog hair etc from my hard floors, table tops and my sons play pen. However the battery does die quickly so I have to turn it off and on while I move from one area to another to make it last long enough. Probably no more than 10 minutes. Suction is very good but when you put on the long extension attachment I feel its not as strong. I like that its light weight, easy to clean the bin and has useful attachments.

> 3 dayI just purchased my second one of these (one downstairs, one up). I cant say enough good about this little powerhouse. Suction like you wouldnt believe, very small footprint, storage for the extra tools. Shark really has a winning product here. Do not hesitate!

> 3 dayThis vacuum not only looks and feels great but is extremely powerful. I recommend this to friends frequently. Just be careful on the canister eject button..it’s to close to the power button. My son vacuums hard to reach places more than he used to because this makes it fun.Good buy.
