I have been buying whey protein off and on for 30+ years. I am closer to 60 than I care to admit, so I only lift weights at Home for about 45 minutes a day five days a week. I got hooked on this brand’s preworkout, so when they came out with protein I was so excited! I got both the cookies and cream as well as the chocolate protein, both are great but I think I prefer the cookies and cream. I really do trust shifted to use the best ingredients, and it shows on the label that they don’t add junk ingredients.

Theres plenty of proteins out there that are chocolate flavored, and this one just so happens to be the best Ive had. Really nice job nailing the flavor, on top of being gluten free. This was a no-brainer for me.
