I like this a lot. It mixes well. It is on the sweeter side but I have a sweet tooth so it actually helps with my cravings.

I have been trying many of their products, and this Cookies & Cream Whey Protein Isolate tastes great and gives me the protein power Im looking for. When I start my day or routine with PreWorkout (I love Tropical Berry flavor) and Hydration throughout (both flavors are great), then this (WPI) during the day to boost my bodys muscle-building needs (protein). I like how there is no added sugars, and the ingredients are simple and not chalky. Next up... I gotta try Shifted Recovery for my post-workout!

I’ve taken whey for most of my adult life. For years I’ve searched for a whey that not only tastes good but also includes healthy ingredients. I’ve finally found that product with shifted. This is the BEST tasting whey protein I’ve ever had. Cookies and Cream was delicious. I felt great during my workout while drinking it. I highly recommend it!
