I have tried both flavors and they are both great. I usually have a hard time meeting my protein goals but I actually look forward to having protein now. Tastes great in nothing but water and for convenience that matters to me. I take a shaker bottle to the gym full of preworkout and then I use the same shaker bottle on the way home. One note: these bottles come completely full so be careful while opening! The shifted whey protein is an awesome supplement with a great taste! The texture in a shake is on point and when used in overnight oats it adds a great flavor.

Ive been using the chocolate Shifted Protein for two weeks now, and its been awesome. It mixes very well, the taste is great and it doesnt upset my stomach. My muscle soreness has gone down considerably. I would definitely recommend picking this up.

I have been buying whey protein off and on for 30+ years. I am closer to 60 than I care to admit, so I only lift weights at Home for about 45 minutes a day five days a week. I mix one scoop of this with about 10oz of 2% milk. The Cookies & Cream taste is literally SPECTACULAR. The consistency when using our NutriBullet mixer is almost like whipped cream.
