SHIMANO SPD-SL Cleat Set

As you would expect from a Shimano product. These bolted up perfectly, aligned exactly with my last set and clicked in with out a problem. Plus, I really, really like these so much more than Speedplays (that have become so popular) because the yellow parts of the cleat are a soft, rubbery material so you do have some level of traction when unclipped (vs. the Speedplays which are all super-slippery metal).

The real thing - unfourtunately they need replaceing 2 or 3 times a year - at leat the price is not exhorbitant

I dont know whats wrong with mine, but on more than one occasion the screws get so loose that I cant unclip. Even had a local bike shop check my set up and they couldnt figure out what was going on, even after loosening pedals. We figure these are just cheap options

This product more than met my expectations! Easy to install

Authentic and work great. Be aware of the alternative brands out there. I bought a set of generics, saved maybe 7 bucks, but they didnt last. So stick with the originals! They work great. I love the yellow ones because they give me a little more lateral movement. I have a very stiff ankle and these pedals make it easier to click out of them on either direction, i.e. heel in or heel out.
