Bought it to use in our trip to Mexico and it came in handy! It blocks the sun perfectly and helps maintain cool, I just wish it had a longer handle.

Umbrella was poor quality.. broke after open.. and hard to closed.. Would not recommend product!!!!

Smelled like fish when i got it. Starting to deteriorate. The handle started peeling. Blocks the sun great!

Wouldnt open correctly

I originally bought this to use as a rain umbrella, but have discovered how effective it is as a parasol. I used it to stand in line out on a hot sidewalk and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the temperature under the umbrella was a good 5-7 degrees cooler than with another umbrella that didnt have the black layer inside. This umbrella is auto open and close, so it should be practical to use in the rain as well. It folds down to a compact size, but has a larger canopy than you would expect for a folding umbrella. Im really pleased with the color too - exactly as it appeared on my monitor. Its a very pretty shade of pale mint green. You have to work a bit to get it folded and strapped tightly enough to fit it inside its carrying case, but if that is a problem, I could just not put it back in its case! I have only had it for a couple of months, so cant speak to the durability. If it breaks within a year, I will definitely come back and revise this review.

This umbrella was perfect for keeping the sun off my head and face. The only issue is that I find it hard to close. Other than that, I love it!!!
