> 3 dayI love them however, true to their name, they actually do shock me. A few times a week, sometimes a few times a day and it occurs in or under the right speaker. Ive never gotten them even the least bit damp. Theres no rhyme or reason to it. Otherwise I really do love them and use them often. The volume is great. The charge lasts a day which I cant complain about. Im not sure why theres an option to choose a star for noise cancellation when they dont cover or go in your ear canal? The point of these is to be able to hear the ambient noise....

> 3 dayI use these headphones when I ride my bike. They don’t cancel out traffic noise so I can still tell if cars around. The music also encourages faster rudes

> 3 dayId say this product was a great idea amd I do really enjoy using it when the stars align but it has some issues that make a $140 price tag an insult.

> 3 dayI use this product at work for easily listening and and answering my phone calls. They’re great for jobs that require you to wear earplugs.

> 3 dayThe sound quality and background blocking are fantastic. Totally worth the price. Only thing I had an issue with was shipping. Instead of being shipped with the other items I ordered, (one of which was an additional charger cord), it was shipped 12 hours later and showed up 2 days later. But chalk it up to things happen. I have it now and LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

> 3 dayThis is by far the easiest and most comfortable headset Ive ever used. It charges quickly and the battery lasts a VERY long time. I like to listen to podcasts at night when I go to bed and I often fall asleep faster. These headphones dont go into your ear, so they are very comfortable for a side sleeper like me. When I wake up in the morning, the headset still has a medium charge. When you power it on, it tells you its connected and what the charge level is. That is very helpful for someone like me that uses my iPhone for my business and personal use and the headset doesnt interfere if I need to answer my desktop phone, because it doesnt go into your ear! Perfect for those, like my husband who has a deformity in one of his ears, making traditional plug earphones impossible for him to use. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayI wanted a set of open ear headphones when being active outdoors, where its important to be able to hear traffic noises for safety, lets say, while listening to music or a podcast. This was my first time trying bone conduction headphones and it works surprisingly well! And I can hear whats going on around me, so its about perfect.

> 3 dayI first purchased these headphones on May 8th, 2022, they stopped charging 1 month later. I filed a warranty claim and got a new pair which arrived around June 20th. August 15th, 2022 or so the pair sent as replacements no longer work (the + button is stuck down). Shokz is telling me that I can only get a replacement and that Im not eligible for a refund because 1) I didnt buy it from THEIR website and 2) because its no longer within 45 days from purchase - even though my first warranty claim was within 45 days and if I had known my second pair was going to break as well, I would have asked for a warranty then. But I guess I still wouldnt have qualified for it because it still wasnt purchased through their website! I dont really want another pair, I wouldnt buy another pair, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone, I guess Ill just have sell the pair I get as my 3rd warranty claim.
