Poor design as the end of the metal band inside the rubber is not tapered. It just cut through the rubber and although the electronics work, the ear piece spins on the electrical wire. It’s only been 9 months since purchase!

Cannot be handed off from Apple Watch, cannot say “answer” - cannot answer if using with iPad, many other dis functions.

My mother wanted these because her old headphones were hurting her ears. These worked perfectly to relieve the pain and keep her jamming. She has used them for months now and has no complaints.

Im glad I upgraded to the next level of Shokz. My previous one was very good but after a couple of years the battery life shortened and it got in the way of my face mask.

I got these so I can use them at work without taking my headphones on and off when coworkers try and talk to me. I wanted to use these for calls as well as music. For audiophiles, youll be very disappointed. The quality just isnt there, especially for the lows (bass). For calls, I had a significant issue with my MacBook. We use a variety of platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, DialPad, etc.), and all of them would auto-mute the headphones over and over on a call, when connected by Bluetooth. I researched and couldnt find a good solution, until I made a custom MIDI input. To do this, go to the Audio MIDI Setup and add an Aggregated Device. Select both the input and the output as the headphones. Set this as the default in any program, and it wont automute anymore. Battery life is ok. I do not like that they have a proprietary charge cable. Id prefer USB-C, so I can charge in multiple locations.

I am really disappointed with those headphones . They lasted one month and stopped staying connected to my phone . Since I didnt purchase insurance I cant return them .
