> 24 hourI am a self professed tech addict, constantly searching for THE perfect this or that (phone, headphones, computer, reMarkable etc.) I have owned headphones since the yellow Sony waterproof Walkmans back in 1984. Lately I have had every high end brand of in-ear wireless headphones you can think of, never quite fitting my ears correctly. I have purchased additional ear hooks, subsequent models, brands from Sony, Bose, Dr. Dre and of course 3 sets of AirPods and AirPods pros.......I just received these Shokz about 1.5 hours ago, paired them, then walked the dog while listening to music, took a phone call and so on.......these are THE BEST feeling/fitting headphones I have ever had.....im pitching about $500 of those others tonight......way to go bone conduction tech!

> 24 hourThe App never worked for me. The multifunction button did not work. I placed a request for customer service to help me and a month has passed without them responding. The customer service hides and there are no phone numbers to call them, only email, but good luck with that…

> 24 hourfrom other reviews i wasnt expecting to hear music to the same sound quality as a regular headphone especially in the bass region but i thought it should be fine for listening to the occasional song at low volume since my main intent was for you tube or other computer delivered medium which is never big on bass or treble to begin with, these sound like they have a blown speaker on most songs and some videos with just narration, everything in certain tonal ranges sounds garbled i can listen to it with my cheap $20 sleep headbands and it sounds great so its not the track, very disappointed. I would not recommend this brand or likely bone conduction headphones to anyone. a complete waste of money.

> 24 hourThe headphones themselves are very good, but do have some shortcomings. If you have more than 1 connection, mp3 player and phone, the play button will not work until you press the button on the connection you wish to use. External noise can be an issue resulting in not being able to hear anything. Battery life is not as stated. 5 to 6 hours max if your lucky. The multifunction button could be better, a simple rocker switch would be ideal especially if youre working out as you need to be able to change or replay without almost having to stop to ensure that you press the button the correct number of times.

> 24 hourI bought these 2 years and 3 months ago, unfortunately 3 months past the warranty timeframe. Today I noticed something in the left ear is jingling like Santa and his reindeer. I called about the warranty and was told that they could do nothing for me but give me a 20% discount. So Shokz expects customers to spend $180 on headphones every two years. I was happy with these until this B.S.
