> 24 hourWell worth the price. You can find them at the supply warehouse for like 10.00 cheaper. It’s well worth the price in finding the issue faster.

> 24 hourInstead of buying this, go to the local supply shop and ask for a Lil Popper. The lil popper is the exact same thing as this except it is only $12. I bought one last week for a rookie tech who I am trying to mentor. These are good for even advanced level techs.

> 24 hourI have used this to find low-resistance, instead of direct shorts. The issue was intermittent and was blowing fuses. Previous technicians couldn’t locate it due to that fact. With this tool I could see the short in the form of the blue LED on the tool. In-and-out in within an hour with only 10 minutes being for actual troubleshooting, the rest of the time was repair. Way better than short pro tool because the short pro tool has failed on me and I blew up a transformer, board, and thermostat as a result. This tool however, doesn’t rely on popping. Instead, the short causes a surge of current that is then absorbed by the tool in the form of a visual indicator (the LED).
