Looks nice, wheels work well, and easy to maneuver. Its also the correct size for the airports.

One of our bags broke and Iv reached out to Showkoo. Unfortunately, there aren’t any individual bags available to replace our broken bag. They offered to give us a $60 refund or replace the bag when they are available again. While the bag itself doesn’t rate 5 stars the customer service absolutely does.

I got those bags it has been a year, and so far I havent any problem. I use a lot the carry on, and this definitely has good quality. I recommend it.

The box was smaller in size than anticipated.

They stand behind their products. It’s light weight I ordered blue very nice color. I have only used the biggest one and medium.

We bought the three piece set in the sky blue color for a months long trip to South Africa. They held up very well, and are easily rolled through out the airports and the accommodations. The wheels, zippers,handles, etc all worked well even with our over stuffing them, and the tsa locks were simple to reset and use. The handles are nicely padded and well located with a grab handle on the bottom. We had one minor issue upon return home but customer service jumped on it immediately and it was resolved to our satisfaction hwithin no time. Great communication and customer service. We are very satisfied with this purchase and the companys customer service.

The outer pockets as well as the inside mesh pockets are very small. Some waisted spaces. The compartments could have been a lot bigger if they were the same size as the pockets. Other than that, the set is sturdy, easy to maneuver and look a lot better than the shiny plastic luggage.

Este es un set de 3 maletas bien bonito que yo había visto en mi país hace años y ahora que me lo encontré en Amazon tenía un buen precio, y decidí aprovechar la oferta mientras estuve viajando en la USA. Leí varios comentarios de que los rodos se quebraban y otra cosas pero decidí no hacerle caso, por lo que las ordené. Vinieron bien empacadas, una caja adentro de otra caja y la caja NO se miraba en mal estado ni dañada. Saqué las maletas de la caja y las empecé a revisar. Algo que yo aprendí de maletas anteriores es que los rodos se dañan no sólo por fuera sino por dentro, por lo que es necesario abrir el zipper de adentro para ver el plástico o material interno que protege a los rodos. La pequeña y la mediana estaban bien pero la grande, ¡SORPRESA!, el material interno donde se atornilla la base de los rodos ven quebrado. Dejo aquí una foto para que sepan donde buscar ya que a veces uno pasa por alto estas cosas y OJO, repito, la caja no venía dañada, por lo que asumo que es desperfecto de fábrica, así que lastimosamente tuve que proceder a regresar las 3 maletas ya que no tenía tiempo de recibir un cambio, y aunque hubiera tenido tiempo creo que no aceptaría el cambio ya que pude notar la mala calidad del producto y de servicio a la hora de enviarlas. NO LO OLVIDEN!, revisen la parte interna de los rodos antes de aceptar que todo está bien.

Son súper buenas las recomiendo 100% Buena calidad a buen precio!
