Decent, solid, luggage for the price. We took them to Mexico and the luggage held up good. Looks seemed to work good to. Overall good luggage for the price.

I bought this luggage set for a long trip (25 hours and three flights). It survived the trip out and back except for one rear wheel on the mid size suitcase. On our return we contacted the seller and they sent a replacement wheel. Unfortunately it was the wrong one. We took photographs and happily the correct wheel was received. The installation of the replacement was easy. The liner unzips to give access to the screws. It took a while as the wheel was mailed from China. I am so grateful they were willing to do this instead of returning and replacing the full set of suitcases. They were very helpful and pleasant throughout the whole experience.

Great looking bags, easy to maneuver. Been on a total of 4 flights plus moving through the streets of New Orleans because Uber could not get close to Bourban Street where we were staying. The color is beautiful, bright but just dark enough not show any grim from the planes

Waited for my first trip using these suitcases to submit a review. Like the style and color, they roll very easy with the dual wheels. Suitcases received some damage coming back from Cabo. Had contact with company and they are replacing both damaged suitcases. Their customer was very helpful. Looking forward to the replacements. Update: Received replacements in a very timely manner, thank you

*UPDATE*. Immediately upon review, the company contacted me to try to remedy the problem. They offered me either a replacement piece of luggage or a partial refund. I opted for the luggage so that I still had a full matching set. When the replacement came, it was a completely different style of luggage. I contacted the company and they then told me the original luggage was out of stock. They did at this point offer a partial refund from the original amount, which I think was the best they could do at that point. So, while I don’t have the full set I hoped for, I do feel like the customer service did the best they could. I was very happy with the customer service and felt like they went above and beyond to do the best they could to make the situation right. When I received this luggage set, I was very pleased with the color and style of the luggage. All items appeared to meet my expectations. The next day, when I began packing the luggage, I noticed that one of the zippers on the front pocket of the largest piece was completely detached from the other side, making it unusable as well as it having the tag/pull part of the zipper missing. I decided I could just used the other part of the zipper and always zip to one side since I needed the luggage for a trip two days later. After packing the luggage into the car and unloading it (prior to the trip actually being taken) the other zipper tab had also broken off, making the front pocket completely unusable. Being that I was the one handling the luggage at this point, I knew it was not due to rough handling of the suitcase. My son used the medium size luggage and it seemed to be ok, so I’m assuming I received a faulty zipper. This is extremely frustrating since it is on the piece of luggage I would be using the most and now I can’t even use that pocket. I spent a lot of time researching and decided on this set, and overall would have been very happy, but due to either faulty parts or lack of durability, I cannot recommend this luggage to others.
