Really durable, and pretty color.

Went on a trip and a cab driver wasnt careful and cracked the suitcase above the wheel. It was last year and we didnt get the protection plan through Amazon but we did register the product when we got it. We also cant contact the seller so Amazon told us to try through the reviews, hoping the seller will contact us with information about what to do next.

UPDATE: Changed to a 4 start given the supplier did reach out and agreed to replace the cost of the large suitcase. Loved this set of suitcases and took a few trips with a couple of them, however less than a year after purchasing the plastic around one of the wheels cracked and broke rendering this essentially useless to move properly. Unfortunately amazon doesnt provide a way to contact the seller so now Im stuck having to purchase a whole new set (instead of just replacing one of them). Wouldnt recommend if you need something that lasts more than 10 months...

We have loved these suitcases but after a few trips the expansion zipper broke and will not zip up again. There are two spots that it is clear the zipper is having trouble. Is it possible to get this fixed?

Just used my luggage for the first time on a cruise. Get them back and they’re scuffed up. Can’t clean it off. Also one of the bags, the zipper pull came off in transport from the ship to my room. I love them, they love well, wheels are great, just hoping they last.

I actually bought these last fall (2022) with the plan on using them for my annual trip to India, which requires two different plane rides plus inter-country travel. I wanted this set because of the bright color so there was no mistaking mine on the conveyer belt. I dont really need the 4 sizes but I guess cant hurt to have them just in case. I used the two biggest for my trip and they performed great. Came through the trip with some minor scuffs but those washed off. Its nice having hard sided cases to protect the contents. They come with zippered sections so you can separate items into the main section of the case and then put different things behind the zippered section if you want. One side of the case has bungee cords for strapping down things. They roll really smoothly and with the telescoping handles, were really easy to maneuver through the airport and even outside. I ended up taking the 2nd largest as a checked bag on an inter-country trip and you could tell it went through some stuff but came out with nothing but the scuff marks. One of my favorite features is the built in lock that you snap your zipper handles into. No worrying about having a separate lock (and its TSA compliant). Its a really nice value and Im glad I picked this set.

Pros: - 3 sizes means you’ll have pretty much what you need to use, from a 2 week trip to an overnight stay - Bright yellow color was very easy to pick out at the airport luggage carousel! This set is available in different colors, including black, gray, white, and others. We chose yellow for visibility - Super easy to maneuver through busy airport with one hand due to the wheels - Has carry handles on top and on side, convenient for loading into car or carrying up stairs - Has built in locks - handy to keep zippers contained too Cons: - Every item has its breaking point. Filling either of the larger luggages to max airline weight capacity and then checking it meant that it was going to get abused. Minor cracks due to handling/mishandling at the airports. Expected that damages would occur, Didn’t think it would be on the first trip (4 flights) - If you’re in a hurry, that’s when things go wrong. One of Murphy’s Laws. Sometimes when trying to close the luggage quickly, the zipper would skip teeth, so you had to back it up and rezip it correctly - The largest luggage may be too small if you’re trying to only take one giant luggage (internationally, for instance) - but we didn’t but this set for that purpose Overall, 4 stars. Recommended for casual travelers who take a few trips a year. Busy folks who travel weekly for business may see these wear out sooner due to more extensive use. Great for budget conscious shoppers, couples who want to share/split a luggage set but have them all match, or for someone who wants to have luggage ready for most travel situations. Our family ended up with this set in two different colors for the same trip.

Nice set and great value. Nice handles and wheels for easy to use even for kids. Light and durable.

This set of luggage is pretty good. The plastic is not as tough as I thought it would be but I still think it will hold up pretty well. The zipper is sturdy and the inside lining is great. Overall, Im happy with this purchase! Its going to be put through the test next month with some airport handling on a few different trips so Ill update and let you know how it stands up.

Product is sturdy, the zippers are nice, the wheels roll effortlessly, and it has all the features I was looking for. Great value, 4 pieces for $210.
