> 3 dayI have had the 3 piece luggage set for a little over 1 year. The strap broke on the medium sized bag and I reached out to Showkoo seeking warranty repair. The repair took a little longer than anticipated but in the end all worked out and the handle was sent to me to repair. It was an easy self fix at no cost. The luggage is very sturdy and a good purchase. We all know how baggage handlers are really rough on luggage so no doubt a handle might break at some point in time but that is what a warranty is for. I posted 4 stars only due to the length of time required to use the warranty. Great luggage!

> 3 dayI bought a pink luggage set in Nov 2021, and I have used it on at least 6 trips. It did get scuffed a bit due to airport handling, but I wasnt concerned with scuff marks. Recently on Jan 30 I was traveling for work and notice the stitching was starting to unravel at the zipper and I there was an opening to the inside of the suitcase. I immediately did my research and realized there was a 2 year warranty, so I was still within the 2 years. I made contact with the company on FB messenger, and they quickly resolved the issue for me. I like that they were very accommodating with trying to resolve my issue and apologetic for the inconvenience. Overall although my suitcase will need to be repaired, Im very satisfied with their response and I will purchase the SHOWKOO brand again. With luggage its a gamble because it goes through so much rough handling especially at the airport.

I was looking for durable luggage to protect my belongings and this luggage exceeded my expectations. I was skeptical about purchasing it based off of other reviews but am thankful I did. All of my belongings made it there and back safety, it still looks new, it was affordable compared to other brands, and it’s a beautiful color!

Greater than one weekI ordered these because my luggage was starting to look ratty.. I already had a vacation planned so I was very excited when I received. SO MUCH ROOM and I loved all the different sizes. My husband was also pleased with this purchase. This particular color of blue is very elegant and a few people commented that they were so nice. The wheels make this luggage set perfect. You can take it sideways, forward etc. Absolutely no struggle maneuvering!
