> 24 hourAfter using this 3 times - one flight and two car trips - the wheel broke and there is a hole in the suitcase. It was easy to maneuver before it broke but not anymore. Disappointed. Contacted the seller via Facebook. They offered a new one for $50 since it had been a year since purchasing. But I had to Zelle the money to a random email address and then send them a screenshot and my address. Seemed shady.

> 24 hourThe Showkoo luggage set is a well made and stylish one that has superior value versus sets 25-50% more expensive. The zippers, handles and wheels are all holding up very well. The appearance of the cases is also handling the wear and tear well. On my last trip, the baggage handlers must have thrown the large suitcase and had it land awkwardly so there’s a small crack in the case close to one of the wheels. The seller, USA Travels, has kindly offered to replace that piece. They’ve been very responsive and easy to work with.

> 24 hourI purchased the 3 piece set in Caribbean blue and it is beautiful, will be very easy to spot for luggage pickup! I did have an issue with one of the 3 digit locks, not sure what happened, but my code would not work after setting it up (?operator error?). I had received a card with the luggage that had the email contact information, if there was any problems. I sent an email explaining my situation and I immediately got a response requesting my order info and that they would send me a replacement lock! I can’t wait to use the luggage on several upcoming trips, it looks like it should be very sturdy.

> 24 hourGot the green ones and love them! They do seem fairly durable. I dont travel a lot, just once a year, so perfect for me. If you travel a ton, you might want to spend more to get more durable. But for my usage, they are perfect for the price. Would definitely recommend.

> 24 hourWhile the color is pretty, its definitely not even close to what was pictured (received baby blue vs. more turquoise on site). Everything looked OK until I took the plastic packaging off and saw that the printing on the plastic bag transferred onto the luggage. A reason I ordered this at was because I thought the darker turquoise color wouldnt show as much dirt/scuffs. This color will, and already does, show everything.

> 24 hourItem arrived in timely manner, was beautiful and looked sturdy. I bought it for my daughter s Make a Wish Trip to Disney. Took out all pieces and inspected, everything looked good. Put back in box. Then day before the trip, I began packing her clothes and discovered on one of their larger pieces the zipper was broken. It was 2 days before the deadline to send it back, and we were leaving the next day. Used it anyway, crossed my fingers because I had nothing else I could use. Was unable to lock it due to the zipper situation. Made it there and back. The luggage overall fared well and only came out with a couple dirty marks. No dents. But super disappointed that I wont be able to replace or use a major piece.

> 24 hourI bought this luggage for a cruise. The pieces are nice and sturdy but still manage to be light. After being handled on two flights and by cruise workers, there isnt a scratch or dent on it. Hopefully itll hold up as well in the long run.
