> 3 dayI have had many automatic open-and-close umbrellas and this is the ONLY one I have had to return. I could not get it to open in the beginning at all. Using both thumbs and ALL my strength, it finally popped open. Closing it was just as hard. I did it numerous times to see if it just needed loosening up, but it never improved. Do NOT recommend!!

> 3 dayThis umbrella seems well made. I have just gotten it so I cannot confirm for sure the durability of them but they feel very well made. They have a good warranty with them. Easy to open and close. Beautiful colors. I ordered several as gifts for my Bunco group.

> 3 dayThe umbrella arrived quickly and in good condition, but Im pretty sure it was a previous return- the Velcro on the closure is pretty worn and there was no protective sleeve included (also no tag and no other protective packaging). Still works well- but probably wont last long if/when that Velcro fails in my work bag. I ordered a green one (same brand, same seller) at the same time that came with a sleeve, brand new Velcro, and with more protective packaging- it also works great and will last longer in my other work bag, since it has the sleeve.
