21-11-2024I have had many automatic open-and-close umbrellas and this is the ONLY one I have had to return. I could not get it to open in the beginning at all. Using both thumbs and ALL my strength, it finally popped open. Closing it was just as hard. I did it numerous times to see if it just needed loosening up, but it never improved. Do NOT recommend!!

> 3 dayI purchased 2 of these. Firstly, it barely covers me (54 200 lbs) and usually I come indoors half wet. Secondly, one of them broke a bit and the other one got a bit rusty. This is after 3 months of usage. Overall an ok product. Would purchase again for the price - but this time for my child ... or for myself if I lose a lot of weight ;)
