Upgraded my mid 2012 MacBook Pro from 8GB to 16GB. The memory installed without issue and has been going strong for the last few weeks. Made this older MacBook run great along with a new SSD. There was other higher priced RAM options, but this worked and was the best price. Would definitely buy again and recommend to others who have an older Mac.

Got these for my Lenovo ThinkPad L430 (ElementaryOS 6.1) and they work great. Machine is used for daily tasks (software development and web browsing) with minimal gaming through Steam.

I needed to take my late 2012 Mac Mini up to 16GB of memory. The cost of these 2 modules was well below other offers. I ordered, placed in in the Mac, and went to work.

The memory arrived on-time and worked without any issues on a Lenovo Thinkpad T430 (857178). One stick is under the cover on the bottom of the laptop and the other is beneath the keyboard. It takes about 10 minutes to install. The memory was recognized on the first boot and has provided a substantial performance increase over the 8gb (2x4gb mismatched brands) that I had installed. A great value.

Silcons 16gb memory worked perfectly in my older Dell Latitude E5540. Jumped from factory installed 4gb to 16gb. Went from a 4 minute boot and freezing up to a 60 second boot, very fast processing and no freeze ups. Thus breathing new life in my ole Dell. Im so satisfied with Silcons memory that Im now considering upgrading my hard drive to their SSD

Looks like you get what you pay for. this only lasted me one year before dying.

Very suitable for MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012), and made a big difference in the performance of my Mac.
