I got bored during quarantine and decided to pick up embroidery. This size was perfect for small projects to give to friends! I’m definitely going to use this hoop + some stabilizer to do T-shirt pocket designs because it’s the perfect size! The only downside to it is that it’s super hard to twist the metal screw at the top to loosen & tighten the hoop. I had to use needle nose pliers to turn it!

Perfect for my Christmas ornaments.

I bought other hoops before these, but when I went to reorder, those werent available. I chose these and wish I hadnt. Few reasons why: 1. Difficult to unscrew and also did not include the mini screwdriver as listed. Only included the hoops 2. A lot of other 3 inch hoops are measured by the inside hoop, so the actual project will be slightly bigger. Not a huge negative at all, but you can see my comparison of my last hoops ordered compared to this brand. Both labeled as 3 inch. (They have been stained) 3. Have lots of rough edges and splinters. 4. Poorly constructed. The metal part slightly comes off the hoops on the ends. It is all wildly flimsy when you take the two pieces apart. Middle hoop isnt a great fit because it has several flat edges. Overall, I would not recommend. Very irritated they didnt include anything but the hoops and how poor of quality they are. Look at other (and even cheaper) options and youll be much happier. Theres other cheap hoops that still have decent quality-these arent them.

This is a hoop just as pictured, I framed my Christmas ornaments this year in them. They are sturdy and smooth. They are a good value for the money. I’d buy them again.

They’re much more oval than circular. And two were broken or cracked upon arrival. But they did the job.

This works great and gets the job done. I dont need anything too fancy and i’m a beginner embroiderer. Also the package does not come with the blue film anymore. I saw a lot of reviews complaining about it but the company may have changed to a different packaging

I was going to order two replacement inner hoops, but I can’t find them. I just ordered another dozen and I hope I don’t have broken ones.
