They really knocked this one out of the park, because not only that its so tasty that sometimes its my sole motivation to work out (lol), but it also really helps my recovery. I dont feel sore like I usually do several hours or the day after my workout. I mix mine with milk and a little bit of water (so its not too creamy/heavy), and its soooooooo good...!!! Completely recommended!

Greater than one weekRecovery is key to our long rides and runs, and sometimes we a left just drinking it, poured in a water bottle. This is the only one Ive found that tastes great - just as is. Even better when I can make a shake!

Greater than one weekI really enjoy this product. I have used other products for recovery and this one by far is the best. It dissolves better and is not gritty. I typically use it after a long or harder run workout.

> 3 dayMy husband and I find the Skratch recovery drinks very effective after longer rides or runs. They taste great! Weve tried all 3 flavors and the Horchata tastes like cinnamon snickerdoodle cookies....I mix the coffee and horchata together...yum. Weve noticed that we arent as sore after our workouts when we drink this within 30 minutes afterward.

Greater than one weekDelicious!! This is my favorite flavor. It is pretty sweet so I use it as recovery from my long runs, generally 13 miles+. It has a lot of sugar, but when you are out running a few hours, your body needs the sugar and electrolyte replacement. Sometimes Ill use half the amount and mix with oatmilk - tastes like a dessert!
