Greater than one weekI absolutely LOVE the Scratch Labs Horchata recovery drink!! I’ve always enjoyed Horchata after a hard ride, and now I get to enjoy it as a recovery drink. The best of both worlds!!

> 3 dayThis is excellent for recovery after long bike rides and runs as I train for half Ironman. The taste is not overwhelming, just perfect. Does not dry out my lips like other protein drinks.

> 3 dayI have taken this after a few big workouts and can say that it tastes delicious after working out. As for if I am recovering faster/better its always tough to say but I will keep using this as my go-to post big workout drink.

> 3 daySkratch labs tends to be too expensive. This was the best tasting protein recovery powder Ive ever tasted. Tasty and I believe it has helped me training for long bicycle rides (post workout, not fuel for endurance).

> 3 daySkratch is the only recovery/protein drink I like. It has simple ingredients you can recognize, no artificial sweeteners, etc. Yes, it has real sugar. And dairy. These things are not evil, at least for my body. Its basically chocolate milk with a protein kick!

> 3 dayJust tried this recovery drink after a couple of hard bike rides and the product works great. Dissolves quickly and completely. The coffee flavor is great and a nice change after a few hours of super sweet drinks/gels/snacks. I forgot to check ingredients before purchasing, but was happy to learn this drink mix has lactase, and enough of it. I have some lactose intolerance. Its not a binary condition--Im fine eating cultured dairy like cheese and yogurt without lactase, but cant have milk or ice cream unless I take it with. Good news is I dont have to take any additional lactase with this product.
