> 3 dayThis is my second purchase of this product. The first I used to hide TV cables. This time I needed a way to keep the monitor and sleep machine away from my toddler. Works great and easy to install.

> 3 dayIll start by saying that I love the concept, and the product seems to be durable and well-made. I originally purchased the standard size without even thinking that I might need to measure, since I live in the U.S. in a home built in the past 20 years. But it turns out we have oversized wall plates on our outlets. So I bought the Universal model next, which does cover our wall plates, but now I have a bigger problem: the prongs do not go all the way into the socket, or maybe the prongs are too long. Whatever the cause, there is a 1/8 inch gap left between the plate and the wall, which is extremely easy and inviting for little fingers to grab and pull, defeating the entire purpose of this item. I dont know if I just got a bad product or if this is a defect with all of the Universal-size models, but it isnt usable and Im hesitant to order another only to be left with the same issue, so I will likely just return and find a different type of babyproofing solution. Really disappointed since they seem to have thought of so many other little things with the design of the plate and the cord covers, not to have it fulfill this basic function.

> 3 dayMany look for it for children. My idea is for the TV wall and they no longer see those annoying black wires and for the kitchen so that small appliances can connect 3 and with the hidden cable.

> 3 dayI’ve purchased three of these, they are great!! You can push furniture up against outlets and not worry about furniture crushing the plugs.

> 3 dayI am so glad that someone invented this product, it did everything that I expected and more. I got this for a baby monitor, which I have on the shelf… And I wanted to make sure that it stayed powered up, and was not a choking hazard. It has accomplished both. Very very easy to put up, and so far my toddler hasn’t had enough time or care to notice it. We have other outlet plates that look very similar to this one already installed, so it just looks like the rest. Some may say that it looks like an eyesore, but really if you wanted to you could just paint it… and it’s just better than seeing some cable dangling down the wall regardless.

> 3 dayI have been searching for a way to childproof my 4 outlet plate (2x2) from my toddler. I couldnt find any box covers for this size or any other solution that allowed me to use the outlets. Then I came across this gem, and it seemed like it could work. Now, Im sure this is not manufacturer recommended, but after recieving the sleek socket I cut off one of the sides so it would sit flush over my 4 socket wall plate and other outlet safety covers (see pics). Just used a drill to make some holes down the side I wanted to get rid of, used some pliers to bend off the excess, and after checking for a flush fit I sanded the rough edges down with a hand sander. Fits perfect now. Theres a little bit of room for the toddler to try and pry it off, but it isnt nearly as bad as the exposed plugs he was playing with. If they ever make one that actually fits over a 4 outlet plate I will buy it for the extra security of it fitting flush to the wall.

> 3 dayLove this product! I used it to baby proof (in the nursery, for night light and humidifier that are up high) and neaten up some cables (while baby proofing!). Great customer support, they sent me more cable clips and a free sleek usb charger to try out. They will be releasing a SS that runs directly vertical (I asked, and they were already making!!), definitely will be getting some of those ones for running up to wall lamps, fans or items up on a shelf.

> 3 dayHave you ever found a product and asked yourself, Why didnt I think of that? This is definitely one of those things. I was frustrated to no end that 1) My sons bookshelfs horizontal shelves hit right across an outlet, rendering one of the sockets useless and the other one pinched which I was scared would cause a fray/fire hazard. That is not cool. In general, but especially since this is in my kids room. Second, the electrician installed the sockets in such a way that it was not flush to the wall, and I couldnt put a regular switch plate on it. Another safety issue. Again, kids room after all. With sleek socket, I was able to put the bookcase flush to the wall, and the extra long cord served as an extension cord. I was able to move all the outlets high on the shelf, and plug in not 2 but 3 things. We use the USB extender in another place to charge all the pads/pods/ etc.! I am so grateful for this product, and would highly recommend. On a side note, the product boxes were nice, I plan on repurposing them to wrap Christmas gifts this winter. :)
