Greater than one weekRed Dragon Inn is one of my favorite card games since I was introduced to it some time ago. I bought Wrench to play with my friends and then the character trove. I wanted to get these characters because I felt that they still had a more specialized play-style but would also still be easy to introduce to new players. The character trove decks are a bit too complicated for new players in my opinion. The characters here all have great artwork as can be expected. Their play-style tends to focus on one card changing the effects of others. Wizgilles cards will have additional effects depending on the card drawn from her 2nd deck when a card is played. Phrenk has such unique ability to sell his potions to other players or just use them himself. Kaylins cards are passively affected by the current status of Wulfric which gets his own deck that changes its face up card each turn. Serena has a piety meter that goes up and down affecting how strong her effects are.

> 3 dayI skipped Red Dragon Inn 2 because a few friends agreed that it was not really worth it. Red Dragon Inn 3 on the other hand is AMAZING. Being a fan of pop fantasy Trolls I really liked the new Troll Alchemist character. The added element of the Potions, Gears and Wolf Companion really increased the depth of the game.

> 3 dayAnother great improvement on the well made drinking game of bartime brawls. Each of these characters brings an extra tool to the night to help them be it their loyal wolf companion, unknown mechanical contraptions, or even having a god on your side.

> 3 dayA very enjoyable game. Not too tough to figure out, and leads to lots of rowdy fun.

> 3 dayRDI3 is my favorite complete deck set out of all the current RDIs (5 is not yet out). Each character is varied, possesses a secondary deck mechanic, and is well rounded. Unlike many of the other decks where one or more characters may feel underpowered, all four of these characters are fully flushed out. That said, I would not recommend this set for brand new players to RDI. The secondary decks may confuse users and blur core mechanics. Best for already-playing-RDI folks.

> 3 dayExtends on the first two components of the set, with the same great theme and humor. My brother and sister-in-law love it!

Greater than one weekI love these games. Its a fantastic party game full of jokes, funny lines, and nerdy references, though you dont need to be nerdy to enjoy it. Its a must have for any nerdy people out there who want a new twist on drinking games.

> 3 dayIf you played any other Red Dragon Inn game, you will be able to pick this up and immediately put it in your set, if you havent there is a learning curve, but after a short game or two(20 to 40 mins), can usually be picked up and be played fully(40-90 mins) depending on the amount of people and the skill level. Very fun for all ages(I would recommend 14 and up because it is a drinking game and people younger are more influenced easily) but it is really up to the parent of whoever buys this, or whoever buys this.
