Zipper keeps opening and seam to flap pocket unraveled causing me to almost lose my credit card

I have been carrying this bag daily for two and a half years now. I ordered the grey so it would blend in with whatever I might wear because I cant be bothered changing it daily. It has held its shape and shows no signs of wear. It has five zippered compartments for organization. I have never had a zipper malfunction. There are lots of credit card slots nested securely within a zippered compartment. Getting to them is a two-step process for security. It is not a fashion statement, but it is durable, functional and secure. The cross-body strap is easy on my back and shoulders and adds another layer of security.
