Need to sent back, the back zipper is defected. I would like to have it replaced. Please help me on way to return this bag.

I did a LOT of research (especially for a $22 purchase) before buying this bag. As some other reviewers have mentioned, its bigger than I pictured it. It feels more like a mini-briefcase than a handbag. But I like it anyway. I replaced the branded patch with a pretty beaded applique, so now its a little cuter/more feminine. It has tons of space and pockets for organizing everything. Im using the credit card slots under the front pocket for business cards and other small, important pieces of paper, nail file, comb, etc. For the price, the quality is really good - it doesnt look or feel cheap at all.

I really loved this bag when I saw it and glad I bought it. No longer do students have to lug around a huge laptop when a tablet will do. Or purchase a huge chunk of animal skin (leather) when canvas will do as well. Perfect.

Arrived with a broken zipper

We have attempted to use 2 of these bags and on the first use for each bag when an item was placed in the front pocket the seem separated resulting in items falling out of bag. Its a super cute bag but is not well put together.

The zipper separated on the outside pocket after only a couple uses! It did that on the bag I bought before this one as well!!

I love the purse, but the strap broke off after under two months. Im having to have it repaired now.

Perfect for holding small electronics, and it seems very well made! Lots of pockets/pouches for holding items. This is the perfect size for a small bag!
