Relatively easy to setup & connect to our home WiFi & Alexa when purchased, then after about 2 weeks, it went off line & appears to interfere with our WiFi & cannot be reconnected. For example, using an iPhone X, the phone’s WiFi connection would drop once within Bluetooth range of the plug. Removed app, rebooted phone, router, & plug to no avail. To top it off, the Feit website is nonfunctional. Would give this piece of crap & Feit zero stars if that was an option.

Fantastic! Better than I thought and the best WiFi timer I’ve ever had. I use it to control my pool motor and my gazebo lights. They were fairly easy to set up. The only problem was I did not see a selection for pool motor even though that was a pretty easy assumption for an outdoor timer. They did have a selection for a Roomba and a dehumidifier. Huh? But no problem I just selected socket and it worked great. Set up with Alexa was perfect. And so I can shut everything off with just a voice command if I wanted to. Great product. One thing though, they spelled August wrong in the app. That’s weird.

We ordered 2 of these. One worked perfectly, the other not at all. Not sure if the problem is from our end or not, but the working one works in the plug where the other one did not. The working one is wonderful - love the app that turns outdoor lights on and off from anywhere we are.

I’m on my 2nd outdoor plug. First one failed WiFi connection after a couple of weeks. The second one is now experiencing WiFi failures requiring a power reboot. I won’t buy another one!

We have the google home, but I didnt even try to set it up with it because the smart app you can download for it works just great! The only thing is sometimes it would send a notification saying the timer had failed, but I would go outside and the lights would be working just fine, and they would turn off just fine at the exact time I set them to. So maybe something needs to be tweeked with the notification part but other than that I loved it!

Very easy to install and connect to Google Home. Each individual socket and both together can be controlled by Google Home.

Used for 120V outdoor lighting. Integration with Google Home worked un until recently. Now, no matter what version of the TuyaSmart app I install, Google Home reports that I need to upgrade the app, linking is not supported on my version. Ive now installed Smart Life which is very similar, adds IFTTT support and it seems to work on its own. Royal pain having to set everything up again for no apparent reason. Error messages were not the least bit helpful. Complete waste of effort though since I get the very same error message from Google Home: UPGRADE REQUIRED. You are using an old version of this app ... blah, blah, blah. I actually have the latest verson of Home and Smart Life from the app store installed today. Absolute rubbish.

Best timer Ive owned yet. works great for my seasonal yard decorations, Christmas lights, Halloween decorations and all that other crap I put up

This plug works well, but I ran into some issues as Im running a fairly high wattage pump and it always trips the power once on the plug and then runs fine if I turn on the power a second time with the app. Ive contact customer support but havent got a fix with the problem, but I will update the review if I do. The power meter works well!
