Relatively easy to setup & connect to our home WiFi & Alexa when purchased, then after about 2 weeks, it went off line & appears to interfere with our WiFi & cannot be reconnected. For example, using an iPhone X, the phone’s WiFi connection would drop once within Bluetooth range of the plug. Removed app, rebooted phone, router, & plug to no avail. To top it off, the Feit website is nonfunctional. Would give this piece of crap & Feit zero stars if that was an option.

This product is overhyped and useless - it doesn’t even connect or WiFi despite repeated efforts to try and do so on the recommended 2.4 ghz one. For all the details on the app this product doesn’t even show up On the app and one has to keep trying to determine the correct plug The entire process of Authentication is useless and completely unusable since nothing works.

Great product! Got it set up to turn on lights and ceiling fan in my screened porch. The Alexa integration was a little less intuitive than I would have liked but once I got it connected its been pretty flawless

This is the third item of this style that I purchased. The first after left it out for the winter. Didnt work in the spring. Oh well, thats my bad. The second one quit working when I had a plumbing problem, and it was exposed to a high pressure water stream from my pool pump. Broke immediately. Fine. This time I thought I was smarter: brought inside tue Garage in a Sterilite Box with my other pool stuff. Definitely worked before when I brought it - now in the spring it wont even come on.

I love this because when I’m out of town or just going to be late getting home until after dark I can turn my outside lights on by remotely using my phone.

I bought 2 of these to use outdoors. I use them with Google Home. Set up was easy as long as you are on a 2.4Ghz wireless. Both outlets can be set up and controlled independently. I have already set one of the outlets on a timer which works great. I also like the real time electrical usage through the app.

This plug works great! I have set it to turn the water fountain outside my front door on and off with different voice commands to Alexa and it works like a charm! Setup was straightforward (using provided instructions). I have zero complaints!

Used for 120V outdoor lighting. Integration with Google Home worked un until recently. Now, no matter what version of the TuyaSmart app I install, Google Home reports that I need to upgrade the app, linking is not supported on my version. Ive now installed Smart Life which is very similar, adds IFTTT support and it seems to work on its own. Royal pain having to set everything up again for no apparent reason. Error messages were not the least bit helpful. Complete waste of effort though since I get the very same error message from Google Home: UPGRADE REQUIRED. You are using an old version of this app ... blah, blah, blah. I actually have the latest verson of Home and Smart Life from the app store installed today. Absolute rubbish.

These are great. They work with an app on my phone and are easily controlled. I have outdoor lighting connected to them so I just open the app and turn on the lights from my phone.

Works as advertised, very easy setup and function! Looking to add more outside outlets
