Need better instructions

I love these things I’ve bought quite a few of them and have not had any problems whatsoever so far!

I liked them a lot works well with Alexa

The app for the plug didnt load on the Fire Tablet. Amazon and I tried for an hour and a half on the phone to get it to load. Finally I tried to load it on my smart phone. It loaded. Then the plug didnt work on the smart phone. I had to always re-sync it every time I turned it off or on. Then after several hours it started working on the smart phone and the Tablet with Alexa. Now it works most of the time.

Plug is very good very easy to connect and works very well with the Alexa. Connect with only few steps

For some reason this requires your location to be enabled on your device. Why thats necessary I have no idea but I suspect its just so they can sell some information about you. Even with location enabled this was very tricky to get it to work. There are better easier to use plugs out there. Skip this one.

They do not connect to the recommended wifi signal after numerous tries. Give these a miss..

I installed adjacent to another make of WiFi plug. This one does not work with automation like my other one does. It appears to require a very strong WiFi signal. Disappointed.
