> 3 dayThis is a very simple to use smart watch. It monitors heart rate and will alert you to a low or high pulse. It displays text messages when theyre received on your phone. It mirrors your cell phone. It was easy to set up. The app required is easy to locate as a QR code is provided in the instruction manual included with the watch.

I want a simple, budget option With its impressive array of features and accurate monitoring capabilities, it has become the ultimate companion on my journey towards a healthier lifestyle. Heres why I believe this smartwatch deserves all the praise it receives. The heart rate monitoring feature is incredibly accurate. It provides real-time data on my heart rate. Blood oxygen level monitoring is another standout feature of this smartwatch. One of the aspects that truly sets this smartwatch apart is its comprehensive sleep-monitoring capability. > 3 dayWhat I love about this watch is it is so much lighter than my fit bit… I bought for my husband thankfully though because it looks really big on my small wrist. It has a lot of very cool features and a nice app. Great buy for the price!

Greater than one weekI didnt think I needed this, now I use it every day for my fitness and health tracking. The only time I take it off is to shower and charge. Had it a few weeks and only took it off to charge twice. Definitely part of my daily routine now. Edit: Ive had it for over a month now and in short... you get what you pay for. The step counter isnt accurate when tested against the health app on my phone. Its always a few hundred steps lower. The blood pressure reading is also off when compared to my home blood pressure machine. The sound and vibrations are too gentle for the alarm to be effective. My biggest letdown is the sleep function. I dont often get the best quality sleep so Ive been making an effort to track how much sleep I get. This watch doesnt track the daytime sleep/naps that I often have to schedule. The sleep hours it does track are inaccurate. This tracker was the reason I wanted the watch to begin with. All this coupled with the band being itchy and uncomfortable (this is my own sensory issue, not necessarily the watchs fault) I havent worn it in a week and Im not sure if I ever will again.

Greater than one weekEverything out of the box is in metric. You need to download the app FitCloudPro, although I think there are probably alternative apps that will work as well (watch is model L20). In the app, you will have to register and set up your profile. Dont worry about getting your weight and height correct here as you can fix it later. Once youve registered, go to the Me section and then Units in the app and change to Imperial. Now go back to your profile (clicking the topmost section/avatar), and set up your weight/height as desired. Go back to the Device section and configure the rest. The Dial library is 100s of watchfaces. The bluetooth connection updates your date/time and theres no other way to do it. I had to go to the Home section and kick off Health Measurement in order for the heart rate to register on the watch. It doesnt appear to measure your HR continuously. The watch does not pair with external devices like a chest strap. It will use your phones GPS to record activities if you allow location sharing.
