> 3 dayI have not worn a wrist watch for years and thought wearing a Smart Watch would be cumbersome so I have been reluctant to get one. But I am trying to get healthy so I decided to bite the bullet and try one out. I was so wrong! This Smart Watch was so comfortable I often forgot that I was wearing it. I love having my data and statistics right at my fingertips. Often during the day I can check to see how many steps Ive taken to gauge if I need to increase my activity; when I feel my heart racing a bit I can check my heart data and see how fast my heart is beating which encourages me to slow down. I love the sleep feature! Not only does it record how many hours I slept but also divides it into how many hours I was in a deep sleep and how many hours I was in a light sleep. I have already improved my health from wearing this watch and allowing the data to help guide me in my day towards healthier habits. Additionally, this Smart Watch is fashionable and reasonably priced for the market. I highly recommend this product for anyone who needs a little help in obtaining a healthier lifestyle.

> 3 daySome basic facts on this: For fitness, it measures heart rate, spo2, and counts steps ... not skin temperature (which I dont really see the point of), and not BP (which is wildly inaccurate on every watch that claims to measure it except for the Omron watch that has an inflatable cuff anyway). The built-in functions include music control, current weather (but no forecast), timer, alarm clock, sleep monitor, music control, phone finder, messaging, a range of workout trackers, and ... uh ... a female tracker. Im not a female, so I cant comment on that last one. All of the functions work well enough, although the alarm is vibration only, so you can use it for reminders but it probably wouldnt be very effective for waking up in the morning. But heres the thing: this thing is CHEAP. I expected it to be essentially non-functional, and instead, it covers all of the bases to 95% of what Id want. I can view messages (on my want list), I get call notifications on my wrist (any you can reject but not answer them from the watch), and I can control my music (no track/artist info is displayed ... but once again, its a value proposition, not a feature one). The only thing it doesnt do that I wished for is allow me to send pre-written responses to messages ... but after doing extensive research, Ive concluded that no smartwatch under $150 can do this, and this thing costs 1/4 of that. Anyway, Im pretty happy. Here are some random notes on use that you may find helpful: - This uses FitCloudPro for the smartphone app. Its one of a handful of apps used by these Chinese smart watches, covers all of the bases, and is as good as any youll get until you move way up the price hierarchy. - The default SMS function will not notify you of RCS messages. To get that working, turn off the SMS push option, enable reception of notifications from other apps (more reminders under the push notifications section), and enable notifications from the Messages app. Youll then get notifications for SMS, MMS, AND RCS messages. This option can also be used for facebook/snap/etc. Sometimes I get double notifications for messages, but I use the clear all function, so that doesnt really bother me. - No calculator, but most of these cheap watches seem to be missing that. - No dialing, but Im not sure why youd want to dial from a watch with no speaker/mic anyway. - Battery life is insane. It uses about 10% a day *with continuous HR tracking turned on*! Im sure itd go for two weeks with that off and if I played with it less (its brand new, so Im still constantly fiddling with it). - Itll pick up enough charge for a day in ~10-15 mins. - The animations are much smoother than chinese watches of 2-3 years ago, but not up to apple watch / wearOS standards ... but then, those cost 10x more.

> 3 dayCovers all the bases for what I want from a fitness watch without all the extras. The apps let you control music, show heart rate, steps, sleep quality, and blood oxygen level, which I consider to be the most important aspects of fitness control. You are not able to answer calls from the watch, but I dont know who would want to! The watch will notify you of notifications from apps, which is a great way to keep your phone in your pocket. Not to mention its significantly cheaper than a number of other more well known options. The number of apps available are extensive, however, and provide a great number of tools if you want to keep your phone on your desk or in your pocket and focus on whats ahead.

Greater than one weekI bought this smartwatch because I am not the one who likes to spend hundreds of dollars on one. I want a simple, budget option With its impressive array of features and accurate monitoring capabilities, it has become the ultimate companion on my journey towards a healthier lifestyle. Heres why I believe this smartwatch deserves all the praise it receives. The heart rate monitoring feature is incredibly accurate. It provides real-time data on my heart rate. Blood oxygen level monitoring is another standout feature of this smartwatch. One of the aspects that truly sets this smartwatch apart is its comprehensive sleep-monitoring capability. It tracks the duration and quality of my sleep, providing valuable insights into my sleep patterns. If you dont want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a smartwatch, this is one of the best options out there.
