Blows moist air using a computer fan. Water in tray only lasts 3 hours. 2 weeks after purchase the controller died. Cheap!

I love it, but it arrived bent. It doesnt lay straight and it arrived with 2 big dents in it.

I love this tray because it is so cute and you could give this as a gift. Everyone that comes to my house and sees this compliments it. The tray does what it is intended to do. Its a great size and sturdy. I do recommend it.
