Sonos Sub (Gen 3) - The Wireless Subwoofer for Deep Bass - Black

I wanted to share my Sonos experience of buying this setup with some mixed yet surprising results

The subwoofer is a must have for your sonos system..super easy setup

Its pricey but it delivers quality bass thats not distorted. Ive been completely floored by the quality it brings to the table. Would highly recommend if you have a Sonos sound bar.

subwoofer definitely adds to SONOS speaker sound experience. I brought one to put onto my pair of play1 speakers as they sounded good but didnt have the low bass kick I am used to. System sounds totally different now with dynamic bass, truly amazing difference. On a whim I moved the subwoofer to a room I have 2 play3 speakers in and the difference it made was truly amazing. Sub added low sound freqs that made system sound superior. Lastly I moved to living room that I have 2 play5 speakers in. Wife thought I was crazy to put there as play5 speakers already have good kick and range. Thinking that since the play5 speakers have good bass it wouldnt make a difference, boy was I/she wrong. it definitely improved the music quality dramatically.

This is a very effective woofer and adds great value to already outstanding Sonos Arc. This woofer is expensive but the sound and bass is amazing. I recently heard Bose woofer (with Bose 900) and Sony woofer (with At 7000) and can easily say that Sonos Sub beats both hands down. The base is rich and rattling without any distortion. If your budget allows, invest in this Sub today

Bought this for use with my Arc, but presently have it paired with stereo Symfonisks. It’s mind-boggling how much of an effect this sub has on improving the experience of listening to music. Can’t wait to try it on the arc as well.

Had a Sonos Arc with Symfonisk surrounds. Adding the subwoofer made a big difference in the movie watching experience for the content that had strong low-end (Star Wars, Star Trek, Marvel, etc.) Also bass heavy music tracks take on a new life.

I love Sonos. The sound is awesome and no need for additional control units makes it perfect for my situation. We have two stand alone units (play 1 and play 5) and two amps (which power ceiling speakers) and, now, the sub.
